Joyor T10 Dual Motor Operation & Technical Diagnostics

The Joyor T10 electric scooter features a heavy-duty dual-drive framework powered by a 52V battery architecture and twin 1000W high-torque hub motors. Designed for steep inclines, technical off-road riding, and long-range commuting, the T10 gives riders total real-time control over drive modes and performance mapping. This guide explains how to properly operate the handlebar single/dual motor switch button, configure all LCD P-Settings, resolve system error codes, and access official manual resources.

Handlebar Switch Module: Single / Dual Motor & Eco / Turbo Buttons

Located on the left handlebar assembly, the red and yellow control switches dictate motor engagement and acceleration response curves. Understanding these mechanical controls prevents unwanted wheel spin and optimizes overall range performance.

1. Single / Dual Drive Switch (Red Button)

  • SINGLE Mode (Button Pressed IN / OUT depending on module version): Only the rear motor operates. Ideal for smooth city pavement, flat terrain, conserving battery life, and max range riding.
  • DUAL Mode (DUAL Activated): Both front and rear 1000W motors engage simultaneously. Delivers instant 2000W peak acceleration, superior traction on gravel/dirt, and maximum climbing torque on steep inclines.

2. Eco / Turbo Switch (Yellow Button)

  • ECO Mode: Caps controller current output to smooth out throttle response, preventing sudden battery voltage sag and extending range.
  • TURBO Mode: Unlocks maximum controller amperage for peak throttle response and top speed capabilities.

⚡ Riding Safety Tip: Switching Modes While Riding

Avoid pressing the Dual Motor button under full throttle. Always release the throttle trigger for 1 second before toggling between Single and Dual motor drive modes to protect the front controller from high-current shock loading.
